Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all artisan tags and labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
